Assistant Professor, Dept. of Law
Ms. Priya Ranakoti is an Assistant Professor of Law with a strong foundation in Business Laws, Arbitration, and International Trade Law. She holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law and Business Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, and a B.B.A. LL.B. from Osmania University.
She has previously served as a Teaching Assistant at NALSAR, and worked as a Legal Consultant with Loanwise Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., where she gained extensive experience in legal drafting, banking and finance law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
In addition to her teaching and professional practice, Ms. Ranakoti has engaged with the wider legal community as a Judge for a Negotiation Competition organized by MediateGuru and as a resource person for a workshop on Bluebook Citation at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad. She has also contributed to legal aid and awareness as a para-legal volunteer at Ranga Reddy District Court.
Her teaching and research interests span International Trade Law, Business and Commercial Laws, Arbitration, Banking and Finance Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
