Mrs. Swathi Kalwala completed her Master鈥檚 Degree in 2008 from Kakatiya University. Since then, she has worked as an Asst. Professor in various colleges in the field of Management studies, teaching both UG and PG students for over 13 years. She is currently pursuing her PhD on the title 鈥淗uman Resource Information Systems in selected IT companies in Hyderabad鈥� from Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. She has published 5 articles in UGC CARE listed journals, and presented papers in various conferences. She has participated in various Faculty Development 亚色影库s and Webinars to improve her skills set. Her areas of interests are Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Performance Management.
